The day’s agenda will cover:
- More data, worse decisions: rethinking NHS transformation governance
More dashboards. More metrics. More assurance reports than at any point in the NHS’s history – and transformation is still falling behind. Across 171 NHS trusts, spending more buys no better outcomes. This session makes an uncomfortable case: past a point, the pursuit of more evidence stops sharpening decisions and starts blunting them.
- Neighbourhood & Community-Based Care
- Population Health & Prevention
- Digital Transformation & Data
- Technology & Innovation in Care Delivery
- Workforce, Leadership & Culture
- Finance, Productivity & Sustainability
- Operating Models & System Reform
- Quality Improvement & Service Redesign
